Working Principle
The ceramic thick film circuit board is integrated with a float-arm mechanism inside the motorcycle fuel tank. As the fuel level changes, the float arm moves a sliding contact across the precision thick film resistor track, producing a variable resistance output. This signal is transmitted to the fuel gauge indicator on the motorcycle dashboard, providing real-time fuel level readout to the rider.
